Covers the practical responsibilities of owners and property managers, ESM reporting, maintenance standards and defensible compliance records.
• Insurance, Risk & Protecting Your Clients — presented by Anthony Ciancio (ADC Insurance Brokers). Looks beyond annual renewals at common policy issues, claims and landlord responsibilities.
• Commercial Property Inspections That Reduce Risk — presented by Corina Bailey (Founder, KyeJack). Practical inspection techniques, documentation standards and reporting processes.
• Navigating Commercial Leasing Issues — presented by Bonnie Greer (Special Counsel, HWL Ebsworth Lawyers). Lease renewals, options, assignments, subleasing and variations, and when to seek specialist legal advice.
• Commercial Property Management in Practice — presented by Wendy Thomson (Director, Australian Academy of Property) and Joel Rauer (Director, Investor Portfolio Management, CBRE). Brings together the day’s key themes before an open Q&A with all presenters.

• Standard: $550 per person (including GST) — applies after Early Bird closes
• Team rate: agencies registering three or more people from the same office can access the $495 Early Bird rate even after Early Bird closes
